- You can enjoy free delivery service to your specified address when your order meets our minimum purchase amount of HK$1,000. For purchase amounts below HK$1,000, a delivery charge of HK$60 shall apply.
- In most cases, BatchOne Sake Limited engages couriers for logistics services within Hong Kong. As a result, BatchOne Sake Limited can ship all items in chilled condition to protect your collectibles from the extreme heat.
- Delivery service is available for most addresses in commercial, industrial, and residential areas in Hong Kong, except for remote areas where a surcharge applies to shipments. This service is available from 10 am to 9 pm every day, with two time slots depending on the availability of service at the address:
- Slot A: 10 am to 4 pm
- Slot B: 4 pm to 9 pm
- Normally, your confirmed order will be delivered within 3 working days, but it may be affected by seasonal factors (e.g., special promotional events) and holiday periods (e.g., Christmas or Chinese New Year) as we may need to cope with a high volume of orders.
- Delivery service is not available:
- at non-permanent addresses, restricted areas, outlying islands, hotel guest rooms, ports, marinas, and warehouses;
- at premises above the 4th floor of a building that are not accessible by elevator for the delivery of 5 cases or more; and
- where there are no authorized or legitimate unloading areas within 50 meters of the building at the delivery address.
- After your order has been accepted, we will confirm the expected delivery time and date with you. Please check whether all your ordered items are delivered against the invoice/delivery note (as the case may be) upon delivery, then sign and return the delivery note to our courier to confirm your acceptance of the goods.
- In the event that deliveries are delayed due to the hoisting of Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or a black rainstorm signal, we will make every effort to arrange for the products to be delivered on the following day.
- If you are unable to receive your ordered products during the initial delivery appointment, or if you provide us with inaccurate address information, we reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee for subsequent delivery attempts.
- All expected delivery dates and times are estimates only. We shall not be held liable for any loss or damage incurred or suffered by the customer as a result of any late delivery.
- We reserve the right to charge storage fees at our prevailing rates if you fail to receive the ordered products within 2 weeks from the date of order confirmation, provided that the delay is not caused by our own faults. In such cases, you will be required to settle any outstanding fees before collecting your order.
- In the event of any disputes, our determination shall be final.
